Returns policy

Letters of Note is a very small business based in the UK. All orders placed through this website are processed, packed, and posted with great care by one of two people; however, problems will undoubtedly arise. Given our size, we are only able to offer refunds or exchanges on books which are damaged upon arrival or the wrong book entirely. Should this happen, please contact us at shop@lettersofnote.com within 48hrs of receipt and we shall endeavour to rectify the problem as quickly as possible. Please note that we will need to see a photo of any damaged book(s) before arranging the above.

If you would like a refund simply because you dislike the book, we will not be able to offer a refund.
